TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive at Ruhengeri
On arrival at the Kigali Airport, you will be met and greeted by our safari guide. You will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park after lunch. The journey to the North goes through the beautiful terraced hillsides that display Rwanda’s landscape. On your way to Ruhengeri, you will come in contact with the base of the splendid Virunga volcanoes. Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House

Day 2: Gorilla trekking
After an early morning breakfast, you will take a short drive to the Headquarters of Parc National des Volcans.  Meet and be briefed by the ranger guides about the primate behavior. This activity is thrilling and exploratory. The terrain is rough and at times muddy therefore the hikers have to be physically fit. Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House

Day 3: Departure
Depart for Kigali and carry out a city tour including the market visits, handicraft shop visits, pottery projects, genocide museum visit and many others.  Transfer to Kigali Airport to find your departure flight.
